In the evening, whether you want to taste local specialities or want to eat international food, there is a great variety of choice. Starting from fish and seafood restaurants to Chinese or Mexican food, you can find everything your heart desires. The only thing you should do is walking along the beach and find the right restaurant to suit your taste and budget. The waiters are friendly and there is a nice, quiet atmosphere while dining. There are also some Waffel stands where you can eat a Waffel after your meal if you don’t want to eat a classical dessert or the local desserts are too sweet for you. Some of the restaurants have a shuttle service which brings you back to your hotel for free. Although most of the restaurants are closed, there are a few open during the wintertime, which means you can eat out on a rainy winterday or have a nice brunch on a sunday morning. Sometimes some of the restaurants organize Turkish Nights. On these nights, you can taste the various Turkish specialities and enjoy the belly dancers in their traditional belly dancer costumes. You can join the dances if you like. If you don’t know how the dances work, just imitate the dancer. And don’t forget to tip the belly dancer when she dances in front of you. |
